hello, anyone can help me please, My passport external hard drive suddenly not working. i tried connecting it to the cpu, it has a light but it is not connecting to the computer. the shortcut icon have a red question mark symbol on it. i tried to uninstall the wd hard drive and reconnecting it still it is unavailable. please help me to solve this problem as i have very important company files saved on the hard drive.
