Unable to download a program

Hello, I downlaoded sprint balckberry desktop to my computer I saved it to my desktop instead of run when i get to the end of program set-up it error message states it has been interrputed try later I have tried several times i thought i could be sprints software I downlaoded just fine at work, I am receiving anti virus updates which I cant update until iI CAN INTERNET WORKING.The reason for download is to use my phone as a modem.


I have a dell mini laptop that has a black screen saying unable to locate software what can this be? Please help
