Recently I went into "My Scans" and tried to open some of my folders only to get the error box of "Appliacation not found". The only way I can open those particular folders is to "right click" and use the "open" option. The other folders in "My Scans" open up normally by double clicking on them.
Have you any idea what the problem is?

Hi tecwesttec,
There is a possibility some conflicting applications might be stopping the folders from opening or getting associated with the sub-folders in "My Scans". Try performing a "Clean Boot" to stop all unwanted "Services" and programs to start during initial startup of Windows. Please check the below mentioned link for steps on how to perform "Clean Boot":
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows
Also, clean your computer from viruses. Please check the below mentioned link for steps on cleaning your Windows Operating System from viruses:

Do reply with results.
