Hi mikey05,
I would like to help you here. Please reply with these details:
1. What type of audio files you are trying to play (such as MP3, OGG, RM, etc.)?
2. What type of Audio Ports are available on your computer (such as 2.1, 5.1, 7.1 channel etc.)?
If possible also reply with the details of the sound card/chip in the computer.
Please do write back to us.

Hi mikey05,
Please try to uninstall the "Audio Drivers" in the computer and try using the "Default Windows Drivers" or "Generic Drivers". Please follow the steps below to uninstall the Audio Drivers :
1. Click "Start".
2. Click "Run".
3. Type "devmgmt.msc" and hit "Enter".
4. Expand "Sound, video and game controllers".
5. Right click the device(s) listed and select "Uninstall".
6. Restart the computer.
After restart check if the audio is normal.
Do reply with results.
