                    Hi,
Kindly, check the settings of the multimedia application you are using. For example: if you are using "Windows Media Player" follow the below mentioned steps to change "Speaker settings":
1. In the "Player Library", click "Organize", and then click "Options".
2. Click the "Devices" tab, click "Speakers", and then click "Properties".
3. From "Select the audio device" please select the laptop internal speakers.
Note: Your laptop has Windows 8, so instead of click you can use touch gestures if the laptop supports touch gestures. Also the above steps may vary for other media players such as "VLC Media Player", "KLite player", etc.
