Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
"Device Manager" will be opened. Is there any yellow mark?
Go to your Samsung support website, download the application\drivers for you
mobile and install it first and then try connecting your Samsung device.

i have similar problem with my Samsung Galaxy Note ..
every thing was great but Otg USB became inactive suddenly.and i don't see USB in setting--> Storage menu .
Please help me
