Hello, l have a problem with my desktop on my laptop, as l was watching music, the screen started to shake and changed to grey with stripes instead of blue, please can you help me cause l took off the battery but the problem still persist and l'm unable to log onto youtube, please help me.

It looks like your laptop video processor is failing. The most practical solution is to buy a new laptop or perhaps replace it with a tablet computer.
