Hi my partner's laptop is not showing the network in our flat. Showing all the others but not this. Tried refreshing, same thing. I even had on my I-phone one. It recognised that. Can you help? Also it is in Russian so any will help. Thanks

Let us know your router brand name and model number. Also let us know the operating system you are using.

Hello. My router brand's name is Netgear. Model number WPN 43450640. The operating system she uses is windows XP. Thank you in advance.

Sorry for the late reply. Let us know the correct model number. Example : Netgear WPN824v1.
Try disabling your Antivirus \ Firewall temporary and check if you are able to browse.
