Hi,
I was trying to reset my laptop by the F8 method, but unfortunately it didn't work.
It was asking for a password for the administrator, when I entered it, it said wrong password. But I do use it whenever I start the laptop.
Is there any other method to do it?
Thankss

Hi Sheen1807,
When asked for the password during "PC Restore" or "Factory Restore" you are required to enter the "Administrator Password". If you have logged in as "Standard" or "Guest User", you will not be able to access the "Factory Restore" options. Kindly have the user with "Administrator" rights do the "Factory Restore".
Please revert for clarification.
