                    Hi MisterTee,
As you have installed a new Hard Drive in the computer you will not have access to the files for creating the "Recovery Discs". However, if you can still boot to Windows using your old Hard Drive, you can try creating the "Recovery disks" using the prescribed methods from HP. Please check the "Creating required recovery disks" section of the below mentioned page for more details:
