Hello,

Can anyone help I have had my hotmail account blocked saying someone else has used it. I have filled in everything to get a code and nothing has been sent. I have reset the account around 48hrs ago and no emails to my alternative address have been sent.

I desperately need to get into my account, I have called customer service however they have said I just need to post in a forum.

Can anyone please help?

Hello,

There are hundreds if not thousands of accounts being blocked because they were hacked and/or used for spamming.Unfortunately Hotmail is not secured and one should never save data on Hotmail servers without backing it up.

Please follow the procedure given in the following tip and recover your account:

Hi

I have tried all of this and nothing has worked I am not receiving any emails from hotmail to even reset the account

Is there anything else I can do?
