Please ensure that your computer has most updated Video Drivers. If the drivers are up to date, please check in "Safe Mode With Networking" whether the computer shows video when working on Internet. If the problem happens in "Safe Mode With Networking", please reply with the configuration (such as Memory, Motherboard, Processor, Video Card, etc.) of your computer.
Please do write back to us.
