it could be anything from a virus infection, software conflict, hardware conflict to windows corruption etc.
you should go into system properties and disable automatic restart on system failure. then you might see a blue screen next time it happens and we might have a better understanding of your problem. Alternatively you can use nirsoft blue screen viewer and check STOP ERRORS and responsible file

If you having problem with your PC turning off automatically try to update your graphics drivers or clean out the dust in the fan.its usually because of faulty power supply..
