Couldnt download

Every time i try to download something i only get to the part were i hit run then it says program couldnt be downloaded iv tried everything i could think of and have tried to look it up but so far its a no go. id like to be able to fix this so if anyone knows how plz help.

Hello,

Try this 1

If you are using an "Internet Explorer" then try resetting it and also try deleting

the cookies etc.

First delete the cookies.

Right-click on "Internet Explorer" --> Properties. In "General" tab --> Under

"Browsing history", Click on "Delete' button--> Select all the check boxes (Select

all the options), then click on "Delete" button.

Now, click on "Advanced" tab --> Click on "Reset" button --> Check the check box

"Delete personal settings" --> Click on "Reset".

It doesnt give me any option to delete i was looking at it for like 20min lol (hopeing it would just pop up) so in other words it didnt work if you have any other ideas im all ears. and thx for helping.

Let me know the internet explorer browser version you are using. Have you tried resetting the settings.

Im not very good with computers but i have reset the setings through the tool icon and it still wont work iv also done a disc-c check and it still wont work. what it does is this. i click the download button and a window pops up saying to run save or cancel i hit run and it says installer cant be downloaded or launcher cant be downloaded and its with everything also the same if i hit save. i cant download anything on my computer that isnt already on there ( what i mean is updates are no problem or patches) im not in a rush or anything im just bored and want a few different games on my computer. plus it would be nice to be able to download anything els i might need.

Try this 1
When it prompts you with the options Run Save Cancel, you need to select the option "Save" and then it will ask you where to save that file. Click on "Save" button.

Hello,
Try this 1
Open "Internet Explorer". Click on "Tools" --> Internet Options. "Internet Options" will be opened.
Click on "Connections" tab --> Click on LAN settings button. In that window uncheck all
the options, if you notice any option selected.
Click on "Advanced" tab --> Click on "Reset" button --> Check the check box
"Delete personal settings" --> Click on "Reset". Click on OK. Close your "Internet Explorer" and open it again.
If the problem still exists then let me know the complete error message.
Are you able to download the applications from the other browsers?
