I am so happy to get some help and do I need it. I have downloaded all the Internet Explored numbers I could get.... I have taken them all out of the Microsoft updated files except the one that says it is 8.
I just tried to download Internet Explorer 9 and guess what the computer tells me that there is a higher like 10 loaded and i cannot do it. Help me

I don't understand your problem. If you have IE 10 then you don't need to download IE 9.
