Nothing happens when PC is turned on

Hello,

I have an HP Omni 100 all in one desktop PC and I've been uaing it for more than two years.

Last month, I encountered this problem where I turned my PC on but it nothing happened. I only heard the fan running. There is supposed to be a white light besides the power button showing that the PC is on, there isn't. However, the green light besides the cord is lit. As the title suggests, the screen is blank. Nothing is seen.

I have had this problem for more than a month and is still trying to fix it. Within these times, I managed to get it working for about three times. I have no idea how it worked but everytime I shut down or put it to sleep, it doesn't turn on again, meaning the same problem occurs again.
