Unable to connect

i have connected to the internet using the cable from pc diret to router no issue, but need to use wi fi now, the pc searches for and find the internet connections in range, but when i put in acess password code it fails to connect any help greatly app.

Let us know your router brand name and the complete model number. Also let us know the error message that you are getting when trying to connect it.
