i would like to be assisted with the code that creates the chat just like the one we are using to ask questions specifically like someone asks a question it sticks then below is left a space for comments which also stick i mean that kind of routine   thank  you members

This is more than code, it is a platform.  NOt any single thing is doing this, it is a colaberation of different technologies forming a page.
  How do you plan on storing the comments? What server are you already using?  Do you know PHP or ASP?
