Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on Start --> In search bar, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. "Device Manager" will be opened. Is there any yellow mark ?
2) Click on Start --> In search bar, type diskgmt.msc and press Enter. "Disk Management" will be opened. Can you see your external drive there ?
