Files deleted!!!

My flash drive got (probably) infected by a virus and had shortcuts on it, then I saw only saw 1 shortcut today which is named "Flash Drive 4GB" and I can't open it! I googled what to do and saw this http://ccm.net/faq/9106-all-folders-on-my-usb-have-been-changed-to-shortcuts \

This wont work: Erase /q/s/f autorun.inf attrib -s -r -h -a *.* /d /s
So i tried: Erase /q/s/f autorun.inf attrib -s -r -h *.* /s

Now everything is completely gone! I googled it again and did this https://ccm.net/forum/affich-421592-files-on-flash-drive-changed-to-shortcuts

Now all the folders are back but not even 1 file is in it :( Please help, my important documents are there :( :( :(
