My Win 7 is restarting everytime it s shutted Down

Hello,
Try this 1
Click on the below hyperlink "CCleaner" and download the file.
CCleaner
Install it and open the "CCleaner" application.
Click on "Registry" --> Click on "Scan for Issues" button.
Once the scanning process gets completed, click on "Fix selected issues..." button
--> When it prompts your regarding the "Making a backup", click on "Yes" -->
Save the file with any name in your desired location --> Click on "Fix All Selected
Issues" button --> Click on "Close" button and close the "CCleaner".
Now try to shutdown your PC.
