What to do when Internet is not working??

I am connected and it says that I am but every time I click to go on to the Internet it says "The ordinal 701 could not be located in the dynamic libarary iertutil.dll." what does this mean and how to solve it and get on the internet?? Plus I'm using windows 7... Please help..!!

Try "System Restore".

Click on the below hyperlink "System Restore" and follow the instructions

I've tried but it still does not work.... It's still saying the same thing.....

Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on the below hyperlink "Free Window Registry Repair" and download the file.
Free Window Registry Repair
Perform the scan and then fix the errors.
2) If the problem still exists then download the "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free" from the below hyperlink "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free"
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free
Update it --> Perform "Full Scan"
Note : Default selected option is "Quick Scan".

That could help but I can't do any of that because my computer won't let me on the internet. The reason I can reply is because I am on my phone... And I have downloaded chrome afew mouths back but I cannot use it now because it says 'please reinstall' and I can't do that because I need the Internet..... Which is why I cannot do anything.....

Try this 1
You need to download that applications for troubleshooting. Try to download it from another PC.
Also let me know if you have a Windows 7 DVD.
