hi,

There was a problem on the HP Elite pad laptop and the engineers had to format the same. Even though they took a backup the same was not proper. The folders we asked him to select were copied but only the data up to the year 2012 was copied. The same folders and even some files having continuous data ( i.e. having a single excel sheet or word file for storing letters and accounts) of the year 2013 are missing. We have tried running various recovery softwares but the 2013 files are still missing. There was no virus detected on the laptop as well.

Please help recover the same. They are very important files.

Hello,

Try this 1

Click on the below hyperlink "MiniTool Power Data Recovery Free Edition"

and follow the instructions.

MiniTool Power Data Recovery Free Edition

Install the application --> Select the option "Damaged Partition Recovery" -->

Select your that drive and click on "Full Scan".

This will recover only upto 1GB in Free Edition.

After the scanning process, you can see different partitions. Look for your files in

first partition. If failed to find your files, click on the back button and select the

second partition.

Good Luck
