Try this 1
1) Click on the below link and follow the instructions

2) If the problem still exists then try cleaning the drive lens. Click on the below
link and follow the instructions.

3) Update the firmware.

Hello,
Try this 1
Go to your DVD-Writer manufacture's website and check if the firmware update is available.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. "Device Manager" will be opened.
Expand "DVD/CD-ROM drivers" by double-clicking on it or by clicking on the "+" symbol.
There you can find your DVD-Drive manufacture's name and model number.
