I have this gateway that starts but it wont sign in as the administrator like if u click it, it would turn all black for hours i think my computer has a memory issue but i just want to reset it i tried everything startup repair and all that.

Are your able to boot into Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Command Prompt ?
