Hello,

I'm sorry if I offended anyone while asking my 1st question that was definitely unintentional. This is the 1st time i've used a "q&a" site and I was trying not to be lengthy.

Any help received is greatly appreciated.

i am unable to create any folders. i can create brief cases but no folders, when i right click my mouse a folder is not even an option . I even when i go into my library and click on new folder nothing happens..i think it's a windows issue but i've been all over there support site and not getting the answer i need. yes i've tried system restore rebooting and a few other things but as my last resort if i have to restore to factory settings will this give me this function again ..ps and there are no error messages appearing.

Thanking you in advance for any assistance

Hello,

Try this 1

First backup your registry.

Click on Start --> In search bar, type regedt32 and press Enter.

"Registry Editor" will be opened. Now click on "File" --> Export --> Save it with any

name in your desired location. Close the "Registry Editor".

Now click on the below hyperlink "Fix" and download the file.

Fix

After downloading, extract the file and double-click on it --> Click on "Run" -->

Click on "Yes" button --> Click on "OK" button.

Good Luck
