Start but do not power up

Yesterday, I remove all part of my case to test another motherboard and after that I reassemble every things to my previous motherboard exactly the same as It was. And now when I power on the PC it start working but as much as I can see just the CPU fan works, my hard LED is on ... but my monitor does not show anything and my CD and DVD ROM do not working at all even I cannot eject their doors. Please help me to solve this problem.

I solve it myself accidently, just by pressing restart button the problem solved and every thing start working. ridiculous but real.
