Hello,

Try this 1.

Click on Start --> Run --> Type services.msc and click on OK.

Services windows will be opened. Now scroll down for "Windows Audio".

Make sure its status is "Started". If its not started then to change its status.

Double-click on "Windows Audio" --> Set "Startup type:" to "Automatic" and click

on "Start" --> Click on OK.

If the problem still exists then click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc

and press Enter. "Device Manager" will be opened. If you notice any yellow mark

then reinstall your audio drivers. You can download the drivers from your

manufacture's website.

Good Luck.
