Laptop screen is black!

Hey!

I just recently tried to connect my laptop to the tv which didn't work, but now the laptop screen is black.

When i start the acer laptop the option to choose start windows normally/safe mode comes up then it says starting windows but after that the screen is just black. Though I can be on safe mode and have the screen normal which I am on now.

Please help.

Hello,

Try this 1

1) When you switch ON your laptop, start tapping the "F8" key to get

"Windows Advanced Options Menu" options ( if boot menu appears, press "Esc"

key and keep tapping the F8 key)

2) Select the option "Enable VGA Mode"
