Help me! Downloads...

Hello,
I can't open my downloads because of something about Adobe and Firefox. Firefox says I need to close an existing file or reset or restart something. I don't know what's up with Adobe. I am so irritated. Please help! I can download just fine. I go to downloads and click on open, but nothing happens. That is my problem. PLEASE HELP!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!! : ( ..... :D Please and thank you! : )

to install Adobe Flash you must close and browsers (firefox) this includes the download window that Firefox opens. I would close all open windows the navigate to the download folder and double click on the file name. Adobe should install just fine. Good Luck
