Cannot change the screen resolution

I have installed Win 7 on this GX270 and cannot change the screen resolution from 600X800. Tried everything I could find on the net did not work.
Dell Optiplex GX270 and Dell E177FPC screen

Hello,

Try this 1

You need to install the VGA Drivers. Click on the below hyperlink "Drivers".

Drivers

Follow the onscreen screen instructions --> Download the "Video" drivers

for Windows XP and try to install it in compatibility mode by following the

instructions given in the below link.
