Hello,
Try this 1
You need to install the VGA Drivers. Click on the below hyperlink "Drivers".
Drivers
Follow the onscreen screen instructions --> Download the "Video" drivers
for Windows XP and try to install it in compatibility mode by following the
instructions given in the below link.

With permission I would like to add one more tip here. After manually reinstalling the Microsoft Windows operating system on your Dell desktop, you must also reinstall the Dell device drivers and applications in the correct order for your computer to work properly. Click here to find instructions on installing the drivers in correct order.
