Windows loads to black screen

Hi all, i hope you can help me.

When i start my laptop it asked to start Windows normLly or start repair.

When i choose to run windows it shows the windows loading screen then restarts.

If i choose repair it just loads to a black screen with a cursor.

Please help i need my laptop

Hello,

Try this 1

1) When you switch ON your laptop, start tapping the "F8" key to get "Startup

Settings" options ( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep tapping the

F8 key)

2) Select the option "Safe Mode".

When the desktop appears, try "System Restore"

Iv tried all of that aswell just restarts or gives a black screen

Hello,
Try this 1
Boot into "Safe Mode with Command Prompt" and let me know if you are able to boot into it.
Also let me know your Operating system. Let us know if you are having the OS DVD ?
