Transfer data from one Excel worksheet to another automatically

Transfer data from one Excel worksheet to another automatically. we have 8 employees that enter job quote information onto their individual worksheets. I would like to have what they enter transferred automatically into a main sheet for weekly meeting reviews. I do not have much experience with excel and haven't got a clue where to start. Viewed some tutorials on you tube. Still don't get it. I am a quick learner but in this case just don't grasp it. Please help.
