Cant format my memory card

i have 8gb sandisk memory card and it got some error suddenly. now i cant format it or check for error and it wont stay connected to any device for more than 5 mins.
i even tried hp usb storage and it failed too to format my memory card
please some one help me.

Let us know your memory card brand name. Are you having an issue in formatting or in getting detected ?

its sandisk hdsc 8gb microsd card
i cant format it
it is detected and my cell keep son asking to repairing but repairing is failed too
on pc and mobile both getting same error
