Laptop not staring on battery power

My laptop Fujitsu ( model-Z17m3.0) is not starting on Battery power, If plug in on AC, it is staring on. Battery is showing 100% charge. Can you please tell me, how to rectify the problem. Thanks.

Have you tried to adjust the power settings in the control panel? Go to power profiles, and see what happens when battery is less than 100% charged, you have it setup to turn off. Change it to 3% of power. See if that helps!

Please let me know the exact procedure , how to go for these functions, which you mentioned. Please note, I am unable to understand what exactly you try to mean, to make me understand. Please don't mind. Thanks
