Scanning problem

Please help me I'm trying to scan a document to email it but I continuously get the message: Downloading application list. Cannot retrieve application list. I don't use the scanning function much but what does this mean??

It sounds like the software on your computer isnt communication with your scanner.

I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the software.


go to Start > Control Panel > Add/remove programs/Program features

to remove the software.
