IBM E74 crt monitor osd menu not working

HI!
the osd menu was popping up on the screen randomly....to get rid of this problem i had clean the osd switch and ...ON the monitor to press main switch with osd menu switch at a time then the monitor (before switch on the the cpu) appears white screen without any mesage (that signal is ok or not).if i ON the CPU then its work properly.Now the OSD menu popping-up has gone and another problem is in my OSD menu that is not working.... now some times menu appears with contrast =100 but no any osd switch works for adjustment.

So plz give the solution this problem

I doubt there is a solution. I suggest replacement of the monitor.
