I suggest you try the Microsoft FixIt center.
https://support.microsoft.com/fixit/
You can download a fixit tool for the audio problems
Good Luck

Hi Nacori,
What is the Operating System installed in your computer and the exact System Model Number of your Dell Laptop? Please, uninstall and then re-install the audio drivers from our support site.
1. Click here to open the support site.
2. Enter the "System Service Tag Number" in the box below "Enter your Service Tag to get started" and click "Submit".
3. Under the "Audio" section download the audio drivers for the Sound Card present in the system.
Hope this helps.
