Hi madi2013,
It may seem to be a network problem but sometimes the Web site (or whatever server is on the other end of the connection) might be temporarily offline. Before assuming your Internet connection is faulty, try visiting several popular Web sites (such as google, twitter, facebook, etc.) rather than just one.
In addition you can try to:
1. Delete your browser history.
2. Disable add-ons in Internet Explorer.
3. Check whether a third-party service or program is conflicting with Internet Explorer
4. If the issue is persistent after the above 3 steps Reset Internet Explorer.
5. Finally, if the problem doesn't resolve even after Reset of Internet Explorer, Restore your PC to an earlier point in time.
