Homepage gprs settings

Hello Sir, My name is Rishabh.I am using Karbonn A30 Android,4.0.4,ICS Phone.I want to configure manual GPRS setting in my phone. I have manual GPRS setting but I didn't find out homepage option in my phone setting menu.so can you please tell me,where is that homepage setting or how can I configure homepage setting in my phone.

I am not a user, but...

Why would be the sense of manually programming a home address, when IF you are there, [I am certain there is a button that says], make me home.


This is just an observation!
