Hello,
though cpu fan and processor working, display is not coming. I've cleaned ram and replace it. After that display also not coming.what may be the reason....?? plz give me some suggetion.

get a new RUM or check the CIMOS battery, remove and power it......try to get another one if it works then you replace it.
