Good morning,
Hang in there, it can be frustrating. When did it stop working? If it has never worked, is the Bluetooth tx/rx on? If it has worked, does the device that will not connect, does it connect to others?
What make and model of your laptop, please? Also, please add in the device you are trying to connect would be a nice start.
