Monitor won't connect

Yesterday, I was playing on my computer and it froze seeing as this was the problem I decided force it to shut down when I tried to turn it back on my monitor would not detect any signal, my computer no longer beeps when I turn it on however it lights up and even turns on my mouse, but it does not turn on my keyboard either please help!!!! thank you for your time

Have you tried to boot in safe mode ?
