My Iball Card Reader CR222 is not working

I have bought a Iball Card reader CR222 . First of all where is written MICRO SD the micro sd can not be pushed in.In the MS/MS DUO slot the microsd card can be pushed in.When i am insurting thr card reader in the computer pen drive port a beep sound is coming out as it should be.But the card reader is not shown in My computer.
I have Bought it from SNAPDEAL do i return it?If u can help me PLZZZZZZZZZZZZ HELP ME

You might need a micro-SD to SD adapter.
