                    Hello, 
If you did not format your flash drive, then check whether the files are not in
hidden mode.
Click on "Start" -->Run-->type cmd and click on OK.
Here I assume your pendrive as G:
Enter this command.
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
Note : Replace the letter g with your flash drive letter.

                    Lets assume that your pen drive is letter H:
Go to cmd and type this codes
attrib -h -r -s /s /d h:\*.*
after that, try to check if the shortcut on your pen drive was seperated from the files.
Next, clean your pen drive with your antivirus.
To be sure if your pc is clean, try to run rkill first before running an antivirus program.

if rkill process is finished, it will produce a rkill.txt on your desktop. Now your antivirus should be working fine :)
