Do not worry about that, it may be a problem from the CD/DVD that you are reading from or from the CD/DVD reader, if not, then it is most likely to be from the hard disk!
so to be sure, run a DEfragmentation, on your hard disk, then check disk and do a RAM test from the BIOS
