Hi,
I have a Sony Vaio laptop and some of the letters on my keyboard aren't working. I have been to YouTube and seen some advice on how to fix this however to do this I need to get into my computer but I can't input my password as the keys I need are not working.
Please can somebody provide some advice.

Hi
This is frequent problem with Sony Laptop due to a circuit issue.
Only a qualified hands-on technician can see to it.
