GTA IV Running really slow

So I obtained a copy of GTA IV for my PC. But well, its running too slow for me.

I have an Intel Core i5 processor 650 @3.20 GHz with 4 CPUs. Ram is 4.096 GB.

Got a GPU of Intel.

The Intel built-in GPU will not give you sufficient video performance. You can try reducing the frame rate and other such tricks. But, your laptop may just not be up to the task of running GTA IV.

Yeah, I really need to know them tricks man.
Also, I'm on a PC xD
