Hello,

It seems that you have not entered the correct registration key. Registration keys are case sensitive.

Hello,

You read correctly.

Download this free, yes totally free and efficient registry cleaner, update it and then run it.

https://ccm.net/download/download-13339-eusing-free-registry-cleaner

Delete all items found, you might be amazed by the large number,

Try to install the programme if it still fails, we will need to do manual registry clean-up.

Good luck

I know i want to try to fix it up but we still have the last way to resolve this is set up new windows so everything will be fine.
But i really try to resolve the issue first.

Hi

1. Open Explorer and programme files, ensure Project Wise is deleted. Do the same thing with "application data"

2. Click on run and type regedit, press enter.

3. Open edit and search.

Type projectwise and click ok. Wait for the registry editor to find a key or a value. If it finds something, ensure it is related to project wise and press delete. Then, to continue the search for other keys and values, press F3 until the search is completed.

In the left pane, click on "My computer" to begin a new search from the start. Repeat the above but instead of projectwise, type bentley and delete the keys or values that are found.

Repeat the above but with the exact registration serial number you used to install the software.

4. Close the registry editor

5. Delete all of your temporary filesand reboot your system.

6. Try installing the software. (I trust that you have it on a CD)
