Dell Driver Issue Windows 7 64bit

Hello,

I have a dell 15R Gen 2 laptop, during the past few week none of the drivers that I plugged in (Jeway USB Wireless mouse, Huawei E220 dongle)was not taken by Windows 7, but they were used by Linux in the same laptop. Can anyone tell me the reason behind a the solution for it please... Thank you

Hi Stil_Waitin,

Have you tried to install the drivers in compatibility mode? If not, please follow the steps in the below mentioned hyperlink to install the drivers in compatibility mode for an older version of Windows and check:
